Q: Can we customize the Interview Question pages (that the candidate sees)?
I absolutely love the structure and layout of the backend of XInterview. Really slick and better than the competitor.
However, the layout of the question screen for the applicant is lacking. The video view and the question are crammed in the middle of the page. The question is off to the side of the video and it looks cramped. I don't appear to have any control over the question placement, font size, formatting, line breaks or anything. A little control over page layout/formatting would go a long way. The "other" video interview tool on AppSumo, although not as stylized, at least uses the page real estate for the video, question, and navigation better.
Similar comment about the "job description" pane on the signup page. While you have a rich text editor for this area, it doesn't come out like in the editor.

Regarding your questions about customization:
Currently, the customization section allows you to personalize several aspects of the candidate experience. You can hide the logo, change the title, adjust button visibility (e.g., choose whether to include CV and mobile number fields), and much more. You also have control over job titles, page colors button , introduction notes, thank-you pages, and more — making it easier to align the experience with your brand.
As for the question screen layout and the job description formatting, I’ve passed your feedback along to our development team. We are considering enhancements in future updates to give you greater control over layout, font size, formatting, spacing, and overall page design.
