What I liked about the tool is the ease of use /UI.
1) There are templates available for ease of copying the questions.
2) There is AI that will customize the questions.
What they can improve on:
I was hoping that there's an AI that will provide initial screening results based on the interview in the form of a summary per answer—what was missing, etc.—and then finally give a verdict or recommendation based on the answers to ease the screening and rejection process. Like a sentiment AI analysis. I hope the team can put that on their roadmap.

Interviewing is new for me and I'll need to interview tutors before they register to my agency.
This app will take the hassle out of it! It'll allow me to separate the good from the not-so-good before I ask them to do a microteach for 10 minutes.

Very good app for recruitment

I work in a pretty unique industry compared to most on here—we use XInterview for student employment at a local college/university. Even though we only have a few positions available, we get tons of applications. XInterview has been a lifesaver, cutting down on the hassle of scheduling individual interviews. It lets students pick a time that works for them, which frees up my team from days and days of interviews. Plus, it helps us avoid the headache of no-shows and wasted time. Everyone gets asked the same questions, and the experience is consistent for all students, which is great for fairness—especially in a small college town where everyone knows each other.

One thing I’d love to see improved: the base plan could use a bit more flexibility with user access. Most hiring decisions aren’t made by just one person, so having 2-3 users on the platform would be awesome. But overall, the interface is super easy to use for both admins and students. We asked some students about their experience, and while it was new to them, they found it quick, easy to navigate, and pretty much no learning curve at all.

The AI has also helped us rephrase some questions, which makes more sense and gave clarity for a video response instead of a real-time response, so it helped clean up the questions and overall quality of questions.

Initially I bought this to keep in my back pocket for something of a different case. But I figured after getting it, I would test with my staff and next thing I know they're rolling it out for their students to setup interviews. So far it's been a great experience, a neat little game-changer app for us!

This is a company that is definitely going places and I am glad that I happen to be one of the guys who backed them up because I believe in the direct they are heading and will only improve and get better over time. I love it!
