We found the ATS to have a really easy and user-friendly interface. It’s simple to navigate and use on a daily basis. However, a few improvements would enhance our experience:

Email Notifications: Kindly ensure clear and timely email updates when a candidate uploads or submits their profile.

Resume Upload: If a candidate hasn’t uploaded their resume, we should be able to upload it manually. Please include this feature.

Notice Period Field: The candidate’s notice period is very important for us, especially since it varies across different countries. A mandatory field for this would be helpful.

Job Categorization by Client/SPOC: It would be great if we could categorize job postings based on the client or their SPOC. This would make it easier to generate specific reports for each client.
