Good concept, but probably not ready for prime time yet
The idea is good - asynchronous interviews, but it has some issues:
1. It seems like the job is only valid for a single day and expires after a day - and there is no way to make it active again after it expires - I hope this is a temporary bug else the tool becomes unusable
2. Not possible to clone a job - if you want to open a job that expired, then you have to manually recreate each step
3. You can't set a default speed of playback of the interviews - I like to go through responses at 2x speed and I need to manually move it to 2x for each answer

Feb 25, 2025Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to highlight these areas, and we'd love to provide some clarity:
✅ Job Expiry Issue: You can set the job expiry date to whichever date you need when creating a job, or edit an existing job to extend the deadline. If a job expires, you can reactivate it anytime by editing the job and updating the deadline—everything remains under your control.
✅ Cloning a Job: The ability to duplicate a job has already been developed and is currently in the testing phase. We plan to release this feature soon!
✅ Default Playback Speed: By default, the playback speed is set to normal, as user preferences vary. However, we recognize the value of a preset speed option and have forwarded this feedback to our development team for future updates.
We are continuously improving XInterview based on valuable insights like yours. If you'd like a brief demo of our full functionality, our team would be happy to assist!
