Not for me...

As a marketing agency owner, I am constantly hiring new people. I wanted X Interview to work for me and help reduce filtering times. However, what has happened is that for vacancies where I used to have 400 candidates in just 1 hour, only 4 have applied in 24 hours using X Interview.

Most of the people who apply also do not record their answers on video. They just attach their CV and that's it.

I did not like the interface, too basic and somewhat outdated. I also did not find any AI functionality.

I do not understand why there are so many good reviews. Perhaps, simply, it did not work for me.

However, it does not directly drive traffic to job postings—that depends on where and how the job is advertised, the role's appeal, salary, and other factors.

Regarding candidate participation in video interviews, we focus on quality engagement. Unlike traditional applications where candidates can apply with a single click, video interviews require preparation and effort. This ensures that applicants are genuinely interested in the role and helps you find more committed candidates.

Typically, candidates submit their CVs first and take some time before completing the video interview. They may need a few days to prepare, so evaluating the tool within just 24 hours may not provide a full picture of its effectiveness. One of our key benefits is flexibility—candidates can record their responses anytime, 24/7, and you can evaluate them at your convenience.

As for AI functionality, we already use AI for job description generation, question creation, and transcript analysis. More advanced AI-driven candidate evaluation features are on our roadmap, and we continuously improve the platform based on user feedback.

Regarding UI and UX, most of our users appreciate its simplicity and ease of use, as seen in other reviews. We aim to provide a user-friendly interface that ensures a seamless experience for both employers and candidates. However, we welcome any suggestions for further improvements.
