Q: Email Limits, Webhook error.

Hi,

Are the mailing limits going to change or allowing us to use our own mailing SMTP, server? Reasoning:

3 emails per person per month is EXTREMELY inadequate for a company that does 100% email marketing. Think of sales sequences, follow up sequences, training sequences, training sequences, reminder emails, flash sales, etc etc.

That would make it to a minimum of 30 per month. (Which still may be limiting for sequences that say send countdowns for a promotion. One in the morning, one afternoon and one before closing.)

* No mention of email sends per month on website.

Q: Starter Plan - Message Channels

Starter Plan does not have Message Channels as:

SMS
Push notification
WhatsApp
Slack
In-app notification center

Are we getting all the channels with AS deal or not?

A: Hello,

Yes, these channels aren't available in the Starter plan. But given the demand for SMS, we have included it on Appsumo deal. If we get enough demand for others, we might consider it.
