Q: A few questions

Hi! Just a few questions:What is the main difference between Tier 3 and Tier 4? Is this easily accessible and editable on mobile? Are the same features available on mobile and desktop? Would this be appropriate for single user/consulting/coaching/etc? Can data be collected from clients/customers? For example could this function as a survey or form? And could responses or user input be synced with database or Google sheets? Lastly, how long do you anticipate this deal on AppSumo will be available? Thank you!

A: Great questions! Let me break it down:
1. Difference Between Tier 3 and Tier 4: Besides white-label options (your logo on dashboard and editor) for a branded experience, Tier 4 includes 10 seats (vs. 4 in Tier 3), supports up to 15 custom domains (vs. 5), and offers unlimited guest access. Tier 4 is ideal for teams, consultancies or agencies needing more flexibility.
2. Mobile Accessibility: Xtensio is accessible on mobile, but it’s optimized for desktop use, so you’ll get the smoothest experience on a larger screen, especially for more complex layouts.
3. Single User and Consulting/Coaching Use: Xtensio is versatile and works great for single users, consultants, and coaches. It allows you to create “living documents” like proposals, presentations, work sheets, and client guides, easily tailored for individual clients.
4. Data Collection and Forms: While Xtensio is not a surveying solution, you can invite clients as guests to fill out the folios you’ve created for them. You can create your own templates or use our 200+ instructional templates. Additionally, you can embed forms and surveys from other platforms.
5. Deal Duration on AppSumo: We’re excited to be on AppSumo, but the deal will not be available indefinitely. If you’re interested, I’d recommend taking advantage soon.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks again for considering Xtensio!
