Q: Guest Access Question
1. Guest users are able to upload and delete images and videos from storage when given edit access. Can deletion be prevented and limited data upload be implemented so as to not kill overall storage space?
2. In the white label, I still see your logo, and in the loading screen, your custom logo is visible only in the space area in the top middle. Can this be enhanced or made more customized?
3. In guest login, they are still able to access Xtensio templates and know its extensi product and access library. Can you limit access only to the workspace menu and nothing else? Can we set a visibility filter for user roles?

Guest Data Upload and Deletion:
Our image storage limits are quite generous, so we don’t anticipate guest uploads being a major issue. That said, limiting their ability to delete images from the library for added security is a great idea, and we’ll discuss this further with the team. As we see more adoption and feedback, we may look into restricting uploads and deletions further.
White Label Customization:
Currently, your logo appears on your dashboard, edit screens, shared templates, password screens, and shared workspace links. If there are additional pages where you’d like to see your logo, let us know—we’re happy to extend the capabilities of this feature.
Guest Login Access:
Optimizing what guests can see and access is already a work in progress. We’ve heard requests for a more minimal guest experience before, and you should see improvements in this area over the coming weeks.
