As someone who regularly creates presentations and documents, Xtensio has completely transformed my workflow. The intuitive interface and extensive template library make it incredibly easy to create professional-looking deliverables in minutes rather than hours.

What sets Xtensio apart is its versatility - from user personas to business proposals, the platform handles it all with remarkable flexibility. The collaborative features are seamless, allowing my team to work together in real-time, which has significantly improved our productivity.

But what will really excites me is the potential future integration of AI technology across all modules (I really hope they can add this feature). Imagine having an AI assistant that could help populate user personas, generate content suggestions for marketing plans, or auto-format business proposals while maintaining brand consistency. This would take Xtensio from being just a great tool to an indispensable business companion.

The current ability to customize templates and save them for future use is already fantastic, but with AI integration, the platform could learn from your previous documents and suggest improvements or even create first drafts based on your historical usage patterns.

I don't usually write reviews on appsumo, but I did want to review something about this Xtensio service.

I haven't really been able to test Xtensio as much as I would like to. I have only been with this service for a day (I purchased Tier 4), but I can say that I liked the clean and visual design of the platform to make it easy for the users of this platform.

I see that there are many templates that make it easy for many types of industries, which is appreciated. Perhaps, in my opinion, many of them look, from a design point of view, a bit classic. I would like to see new designs that are a bit more updated.

The platform is very intuitive and the essential building blocks to make sense of our presentations are there. You can see that they want to maintain a certain minimalism rather than bring a lot of options that could spoil the user experience.

What convinced me to take the leap to Xtensio was the great motivation that its founder feels, in his own project, and that I could see in a participation he had in the YouTube channel 'The Digital Growth Hacks Club', where he expressed his desire to continue incorporating new developments for his clients in Appsumo.

In this sense, the commitment of the main developer is always an incentive to support a project and see what it brings us in the near future. I also appreciate his video tutorials that are in Xtensio's own channel.

Yes I would like to see, in the near future, some interesting AI option in Xtensio. Perhaps as an assistant to elaborate certain designs or templates in a much faster way, although I understand that the founder puts the focus on manual and controlled design.

I would like to highlight the good support offered by the company, despite being a small team, which makes me see that this project motivates them and will continue to grow.

Xtensio is a fantastic tool. Easy to very quickly create presentations/documents/landing pages... And it renders well on mobile -really like the presentation mode as well. Intuitive design, good template library, great embedding compatibility. Lots of capability in an easy to use interface. Super happy with this app.

This is one of the easiest 5 taco review I've ever written in my 10+ years on Appsumo. Xtensio is such a powerhouse, with so many practical outputs, that I keep discovering more use cases as I'm working with it! The UX is very much a combination of a Word / Google Docs file strengthened by a WYSIWYG web editor, both as streamlined as can be.

The best aspect remains the stellar support provided by Alper and his team. They have a very responsive live chat, which got me up and running within 24 hours (on a weekend!) of encountering a critical registration issue. That's some 5 star service right there!

Here are a few things I'd love to see at some point down the road:
- More background customization options such as Gradients for sections / modules (linear 2 point or even better custom 3+ points), Video backgrounds
- Options for rounded corners / custom borders / drop shadows for inserted media
- Overlay which provides exact pixel value when resizing images / quick size adjustment to match existing media size

This tool is a keeper and you should grab it while you can!!

I give it 5 tacos, because I trust that they will make improvements, that will make it even more wonderful.

1. Quickly add that we can connect with Google Sheets, the changes we make in Google Sheets are updated online and automatically.

3. I use a Mac, when I slide the block they go crazy, and they don't end up exactly where I want, and I have to align it to get it right.

These are things to improve! But what you already have is beautiful, congratulations.
