Q: Activation LTD pending! Can we trust?

I have written to support@zagomail.com indicating the following:
"Last night I registered on ZagoMail after purchasing an LTD, and I still haven't received the validation for the account I created with the email x. I have checked my spam folder, but it's not there either.
Please help me activate my account."
It seems that I am not the only one experiencing this problem, and that support does not provide an answer to guide us on what the problem is and how to solve it.

How can we trust a platform specialized in sending emails that is unable to send an activation email? And that also does not provide support response?
