Q: Did Zagomail ever update to have granular reporting?
I have used Zagomail previously, but the main issue was the lack of detailed reporting. While I acknowledge that you could see the overall campaign performance, you could not identify who specifically clicked on what and when.
This made it impossible to understand what particular individuals or potential prospects were interested in. Unlike other EDM software, where this kind of detail is standard, it seemed to be missing. This also made Zagomail unusable as we require this standard feature.
Has this issue ever been resolved and made a standard feature of Zagomail, or is it still only broad-scope reporting?
