I have used Zagomail previously, but the main issue was the lack of detailed reporting. While I acknowledge that you could see the overall campaign performance, you could not identify who specifically clicked on what and when. This made it impossible to understand what particular individuals or potential prospects were interested in. Unlike other EDM software, where this kind of detail is standard, it seemed to be missing. This also made Zagomail unusable as we require this standard feature. Has this issue ever been resolved and made a standard feature of Zagomail, or is it still only broad-scope reporting?
I have written to support@zagomail.com indicating the following: "Last night I registered on ZagoMail after purchasing an LTD, and I still haven't received the validation for the account I created with the email x. I have checked my spam folder, but it's not there either. Please help me activate my account." It seems that I am not the only one experiencing this problem, and that support does not provide an answer to guide us on what the problem is and how to solve it. How can we trust a platform specialized in sending emails that is unable to send an activation email? And that also does not provide support response?
