Hi Jay, really interested in this and I see that you're currently working on a "Paywalled course platform". Is this going to be a way we can sell a video course without needing to link to any other 3rd party course platform? If so, will it have the ability to split the course into modules and lessons as well as include workbooks and other downloadable files within the course? Also any idea on timeframe for this? Thanks

Is it then a case of using another service (like pabbly) to integrate zylvie with these platforms automatically (i.e. sale on zylvie results in automatic enrollment to course hosted on one of these platforms) or is there another way/something I'm missing?
If you already have a course platform LTD, all you need to do is link Zylvie to your course platform using Zapier/Pabbly/Make, and everything is automated from thereon.
Or, if a digital product bundle has a couple of video guides/tutorials, then can these be delivered as downloadable files. Appreciate your time to respond
If it's a file package, your buyers can download all of it as a zipped file.
We send a one-time download link automatically to all buyers upon purchase.
You can resend this link from your dashboard anytime if need be.

I'm just wondering if you can create a package of jpg ads for example that also have PDFs included in the package so that it's a big package of stuff they can get.
Also, after the user purchases the product, how does the file download work? Will I need to host my files in a link elsewhere like Google Drive and have the download link included in the confirmation email, or will Zylvie send the files somehow?

Hi Jay just wanted to make sure you took a close look at Creem's claims of complying with global tax requirements - obviously they aren't the standout leader in high-convert eComm that Zylvie is,, so I'm really just interested in their compliance piece, it might be worth your time to check out in detail since the same sort of compliance would attract businesses who want to sell internationally on Zylvie as well. and there were some interesting other features. https://appsumo.com/products/creem/#overview
While I'm not fully familiar with Creem (I did take a look at their AppSumo page), I can assure you that Zylvie is also VAT-compliant for EU and also other regions of the world.
All you have to do is just enable taxes under Settings > Tax -- it's just the flick of a switch -- and we'll automatically calculate sales tax, VAT, GST, etc. due at checkout.
I'm laughing at how silly this is of course Stripe makes the compliance work in Zylvie... sorry for getting confused by the marketing lingo I should have known!!! You already have it all and more!!! Just weren't plugging it. Thanks

Yes! You have the correct idea.

Yes, that means we charge 0% commissions on our side, but Stripe or PayPal will charge a fee of their own.
PayPal fees are generally higher than Stripe's, but in general you can look at ~3.3% for Stripe and ~3.5% for PayPal, depending on your country.
If you sell a $100 product, expect about $96.50 to hit your bank account.
