Could Be Better
First of all, this is a low-converting checkout software.
Conversion at the checkout is around 7%. This means when 100 people click the Buy button, only 7 actually buy. This is very low.
Recently they added the cart abandonment recovery but it appeared that suddenly you need to buy more codes to use it - it's ridiculous and not fair when you buy an LTD.
The sales page / offer builder could win a contest for the most ugly pages ever.
Affiliates are not being paid automatically - you need to pay them manually, which creates confusion on both sides and adds the additional thing to take care of, as in the case scenario the sales come in, you need to monitor the process.
A good thing is that you can attach a coupon code to an affiliate, which allows you to sell using your external sales pages, because without that feature affiliates would have to use their affiliate links pointing to the ugliest offer pages ever.
Another good things are well-working delivery emails, and the support, but still "high-converting" checkout software is an overstatement.
Another downside is that if you want to partner up with another seller, the platform charges fees that makes the platform useless in this case.
I really wish I could give more tacos but the unfair move with the additional fee for the cart abandonment, when the checkout converts really bad, left me no other choice.
EDIT: Yes - Jay is always happy to help and the support level outranks at least 90% of all support teams.

Mar 4, 2025Hi Luke,
I find it very surprising that you dropped this review right after we had a chatty back-and-forth in email, and right after I helped you out with an issue in support, no less (that's really a user error, I might add).
That said, let's talk about conversions.
We don't make claims lightly, and we have the benefit of watching conversions across many stores, and our users are generally more than satisfied with their conversions.
Obviously there is a large panoply of factors that affect conversions, from your traffic sources, your positioning, and your copy to your pricing and your actual offer, hell even the strength of your brand, the trust that people have in your business.
Your online store itself is just one of many factors, and I know you know that.
I can say with confidence that Zylvie converts well because most of our stores convert well. Period.
"Benchmarks" also vary wildly from niche to niche; what's a bad conversion rate for one niche might be a great conversion rate for another.
You sell high-ticket products, so naturally the conversions will be on the lower side -- regardless, you've made thousands upon thousands of dollars through Zylvie, so I'm not sure why you're unhappy with your haul.
Affiliates aren't automatically paid yes, we track referrals and have built out a ton of granular features based on user feedback, as a form of courtesy for our users, even though it's not our core offering.
Affiliate program is literally a separate software altogether, and even major players like Rewardful still don't do automatic payments.
It's a technical challenge because we don't act as MoR, so where would the money be drawn from?
We have no access to the funds in your Stripe or PayPal account.
You need to have reasonable expectations as we're delivering an additional software on top of our software as a courtesy, and even then it does exactly what it says it does.
Now let's talk about money, because you brought it up.
Partnering with other sellers costs fees because we're acting as MoR in those cases, and refunds and disputes will come out of our pockets, not yours.
Same with cart abandonment -- we had to make multiple upgrades to our servers, and that costs additional ongoing monthly costs, so we can't offer it as generously as we would love to, not unless you would like us going belly-up, given that we're already very cheap for the feature set that we offer.
You could have asked us why there are additional fees or why certain features require an upgrade, but somehow you chose a different path, which is perplexing.
Zylvie is a fit for many sellers of a wide variety of niches, but perhaps it might not be the best fit for you, and that's okay.
I love that you took the time to offer your feedback, and -- believe me -- despite the overall negative tone of your review, I do take all your feedback to heart and will work to improve our platform based on your comments and suggestions.
Have a great day now.
With thanks,
Jay
