Have activated the first one, but am not sure what to do with the 2nd one -- I have two organizations (one for working with street children in Tanzania, and one global learning community for working with street children worldwide). A: Yes, you can use the same email for both your accounts. you'll be able to seamlessly switch between the 2 accounts. Please email support@zync.ai if you run into an issue with this.

I thought the minutes were like 5min for Tier 1, ten for Tier 2, and 30 minutes for Tier 3.
This seems a little limiting, can you upgrade the upper tiers with more than 5 minutes limit?
