A: 1. We are ISO 270001, SOC2 and GDPR compliant, didn't do the hippa compliance. To my knowledge BAA needs to be signed by parties who has access to your data, we do not have access to your data. But happy to check what is there in the agreement, write to support@acadle.com
2. Once LTD is over, there won't be an option to upgrade

Q: what if you buy 5 codes, and later on my user is not past 1000 user? what will be the payment plan on that?
