I Just became A NEW Tier Buyer In The Last Offering ... a few quick questions ...
1. You have both push and pull via API's & Webhooks, to some degree, yes? 2. But, in answers I've read that you need pabbly or zapier for "sending"? Correct? 3. And then internally already has sending? Correct? 4. Please share how the credits for emailing work with both, they both outgoing and incoming count as/towards "emailng" credits per month? Even with integrations? 5. Do the automations cost anything, credits etc?
I am currently using Go High Level and want to continue using it. However, I am not happy with the expensive per email costs. Is it possible to integrate your SMPT/API emailing system with Go High Level and continue using GHL system for the front end? And Acumba email for the backend for sending out SMTP Relay emails? is there any support article that can help me with that? Do you know of any of your customer who has integrated Abumbamail with GoHighLevel that you know of?
Hi Alicia, the API doc link that you sent was in spanish. And I am not 100% sure if API integration will work with Go High Level. Can you please confirm if the standard SMTP Relay with SMTP credentials will work on Acumbamail or not?

Hello I have a simple question that I have been asking for over 12 days and have been trying to contact you in different ways.
Is it possible to disconnect a company from my agency plan and give it its own agency plan without losing the campaigns that have already been created and the email lists?
Thanks in advance for answering this question here without referring me to the support team who have not answered any of my emails for over 12 days.
I received an email in Spanish about a topic I've never asked before: "Interesado en contenido personalizado" I asked about ltd subaccounts, whether it is possible to add Websites to the subaccounts created for them in addition to the SMTP and Emails menu. I'm still waiting for an answer. It can't be Appsumo's fault that you can't deal with your customers. After all, these customers will remain with you even after the appsumo campaign (if they remain) and you still have to deal with them - the volume of support requests is the same!? How can I get answers to my questions faster than in two weeks? I don't want an answer, so write to the support email, unfortunately I won't get an answer from there..
