I bought the Tier 2 plan yesterday, and already facing issues with basic things like : 1. CVs bulk uploaded not showing up. 2. The Career page looks too flashy for a sophisticated business - this needs some serious rework. 3. The questions to be asked are limited to 20 characters (too less for any job post) and this feature is buggy - it kept giving me an error that i was exceeding 20 character limit even when I used 4-5 characters. This was really frustrating. Had to re-do the entire port again (with no questions this time!) 4. No way to contact the support on the app or a ticket system - makes me very nervous as a user who wants to depend on one platform for my needs. 5. You should atleast have a CNAME functionality - for us to use the front end of our recruitment websites.
A: Currently, our platform does not have the ability to integrate directly with job boards like Indeed for posting jobs. However, we do have plans to integrate with job boards in the future, so this feature may be available down the line.
A: At the moment, our platform doesn't handle payments to hires directly. However, if there's interest from users like yourself, we're open to exploring integrations to support payment processing in the future.
A: Our unlimited plan is available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis, not as a lifetime deal. This means you can enjoy unlimited access for as long as you subscribe, with the flexibility to choose the billing cycle that best suits your needs.
I agree this deal is not great. Its not even a deal. 3,000 candidates can apply over a year!?! I dont think they had the intention of actually giving a proper deal. Tells you more about the company...
