Q: Following on from an earlier question on Premium for Tier 10
1) The deal on your own site allows you to assign Premium to your clients without additional cost? 2) In which case, the unlimited plan for $4,999 would only be cost effective to 7 users (give or take) and then infact costs more per annum than not using the LTD... have I got that right? Can you please the points above. I am on Tier 3.. but was very tempted to move to Tier 10 .. but need to be clear on points 1 and 2 above first. Thanks
Q: For Tier 5, I can see a workspaces option. but apps in the workspace, it says that the app is on the free plan?
There is unlimited workspaces but the apps in these workspaces are all under free plan. Only "Pay-per-app" apps are under Pro Plan is this correct?. And I just need to assume that "Pay-per-app" is just another workspace, but without the premium features, am I understanding this correctly?
Q: Is there anything that is not included in Tier 10
There seems to have been some confusion on what was and what was not included in previous LTDs on here. Can you list out anything that would be an additional cost if I purchased Tier 10. I am hoping this includes everything .. but better to ask now :)
With Tier 10, you get all the features in Tier 5, plus access to our Agency white-label product. With tier 10, you can create unlimited apps in the Agency white-label workspace. The apps you build with the Agency workspace can be assigned the Pro plan. To assign the Premium plan, you must purchase an additional Premium plan add-on, currently available...
Hi .. the deal on your own site allows you to assign Premium to your clients without additional cost? In which case, the unlimited plan for $4,999 is actually cost effective to 7 users (give or take) and then infact costs more per annum than not using the LTD... have I got that right?
Q: Moving from Tier 5 to 6
Hi there
I currently have the Tier 5 offer and would like to move it up to Tier 6 or maybe even 7 - is this possible? If so, how do I do that? Thanks Mark
From tier 6 onwards, you get access to the Agency white-label product.
The apps built with the Agency white-label product include all Pro plan features. To be able to offer Premium plan features, you can purchase a Premium plan add-on within your Agency dashboard. Doing this will enable you to assign Premium plan licenses to your app users. The add-on...
If it is per client .. then after 7 clients (and paying $4999 upfront) .. we would be paying more than if we paid full price on the AppMySite site. This would make the unlimited deal .. quite limited. Fingers crossed my maths is rubbish.

Thank you for reaching out.
Yes, in case you have a Tier 5 license, the Pro plan is allocated to apps in the Pay-per-app workspace.
Hope this answers your question.

Q: Differences from Tier 5 to Tier 6+
I'm a current Tier 5 user, I would like to know the main differences if upgrading to Tier 6 or above, and how to correctly perform the upgrade.
Thanks

$99 per month Total or per client?
Good question. Following as an early adopter and hoping for it to be realistic for add-on/upsells.
