A: No, it is not the same as a free plan from other providers by any means... not even close. There is a small little image that says "Powered by Blastable" at the bottom of emails that are sent, but no other limits besides the Tier plan you choose.
Everything that removes focus from the actual message of an email risk getting the receiver to go to your site instead of to the offer that is the actual message. Is "Powered by Blastable" linked to Blastable?
I'm also thinking of the look & feel of an email. Most emails are quite neutral, while Blastable seem to use pink which will stand out from the actual message. Can your colors be changed?
Could you please show how your "little image" looks like in a sample email?
Is it "only" in the footer or elsewhere too?
Q: Do you have a plain text template as writing a message on Outlook?
Hey, your deal seems interesting. Just want to make sure it's possible to send simple plan emails aligned to the left side as a traditional Outlook message.
Regarding branding, just to make sure, do we always have your logo in our e-mails or is it possible to remove?
A: Yes, you can definitely send plain text emails... we do that automatically for ppl who don't have html enabled devices as well as an option to only send plain text. There is no way to remove the Powered by Blastable unfortunately.
I'm on Tier 3. Everything looks good, but I don't seem to be able to remove the pink and blue 'Powered by Blastable' logo and link in the emails I send out. Is that removable?
Justin - Aside from within the Blastable Admin GUI, website, etc., where else is the Blastable branding displayed? Could you provide URLs that Sumolings can cut/paste to see examples / images of the Blastable branding within an email? Branding within emails was a HUGE sticking point with SendFox and there was much unrest within the community debating over what 'light branding' meant, etc.
Sure, at the bottom of email, there is a small little image that says: "Powered by Blastable" - that's it. We've had that since launching like a lot of other ESPs and have had almost no issues with it, except some here on AS asking if it can be removed. After the AS promo is over, these will be able to go to your affiliate link for our partners program: https://blastable.com/partners
No problem, Justin! For those who are curious, I have a provided a URL to a review video that is cued-up to show you what the branding looks like within an email. (NOT a deal-breaker for me, personally.)
A: Our 2FA uses an authentication app like Google Authenticator... but are also working on a one time login code/vs. a password which will be sent to your email which can or cannot be used in conjunction with 2FA.
Again, I appreciate the clarification. For those "privacy-minded" users (averse to Google, Microsoft or Authy) I recommend these free services that have authenticators - KeePassXC (free), Standard Notes (2FA now available for free accounts as of 2022), or Bitwarden (Bitwarden authenticator is now available as free standalone app, or as an integrated premium feature within their password manager.)
Q: Powered by Blastable
So have I understood it correctly if I say that it is not possible to remove "Powered by Blastable" from sendouts?
If so, this somewhat matches with a free plan with other providers, it's just that I can send more mails with e.g. Tier 3.

Q: Can we remove branding?

Sep 19, 2024A: Unfortunately no way to do that on these plans.

Q: 2FA: what methods are available within Blastable?
Does your 2FA send a code via SMS (or email) or can it work with a Yubikey as well?
