Why Blue is the only project management tool that won me over
I've tried Asana, Trello, Monday, Basecamp, Bitrix 24, and many other platforms, but the only one that convinced me to implement it with my team is Blue. It's super easy to use, from creating projects to customizing fields and automations. It's a really solid platform.

So far so really good! It's a keeper for me!
Blue is simple yet effective and efficient for my needs. I've used a ton of PM software and kanban boards but what I really like about this one is the automation setup.
Being able to create email templates within the projects that automatically send when changes are made had me make the permanent switch.
There has been some glitchy issues, like automations were changed and notifications weren't working and maybe another minor thing or 2, but not enough to take away a taco.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple and effective project management tool.

Supports Flexible Integration
My experience with Blue is extremely positive. Many project management systems are inflexible and have overly complex interfaces.
Blue offers a simple but effective user-friendly interface with easy import, export, and API functions to meet your needs.
Here is an example: no project survives with constant rescheduling, so most project management systems reschedule based on task duration. This doesn't apply to me because my schedule depends on the effort required for tasks and the availability of resources. For example, a project DBA may only work part-time and have pre-scheduled vacations.
Using Blue I can export tasks, schedule them with my algorithm and re-import them. To be honest, I still haven't implemented it, but according to the documentation it is possible, differently from other solutions.

User friendly - could not ask for a better option at this stage.
After trying both Trello and Asana, I was still on the lookout for an app that was not only visually intuitive but also easily manageable for team members from different countries. Switching to a new tool in the middle of a project can be daunting, especially when it takes ages to get the hang of it. But with Blue, it felt like a leisurely stroll in the park. This workflow management tool is exceptionally user-friendly and practical, making the transition seamless and stress-free.
Right from the start, Blue performed flawlessly without requiring any assistance. I haven’t even had to contact support yet! It’s evident that the developers have invested a great deal of effort into creating a smooth and intuitive user experience. I’m still exploring its features and look forward to discovering any hidden gems it might have.
A big thank you to the developers for creating such a user-friendly and versatile tool!

Great Tool, Amazing Team, Outstanding Potential
Blue is a relatively new tool, so there are features that are still in planning or early stages of development. Nevertheless, the features it does have already make it useful for everyday use, and are SOLID: stable, intuitive and very helpful. Any issues I've reported to their Support Team have been answered promptly — in less than a day — in a super friendly and welcoming manner. The way they participate in their Community forum discussions, welcome suggestions for new features, and regularly update both their Roadmap and Changelog, hints at a stellar future.
