In your update you stated: "We're hyper-focused on the individuals and entrepreneurs. If you're running a business that needs to send more than 40 documents per month, we recommend you check out other products that are focused on higher limitations (specifically, tools designed for bigger businesses and agencies)."
However, I am a solo-entrepreneur, looking to train college/uni graduates in job readiness and entrepreneurship. These are 1-week courses. I expect to have 30 students per week. That's potentially 120 per month if all is going well. And each one has to sign an agreement.
Are you saying that I fall under bigger businesses/agency?
I feel and believe that putting limitations based on your teams' perspective is shortsighted, and marginalizes some people who REALLY need your service.
Q: We send more than 40 docs/month. Is there a plan for that? Do docs that don't get signed count towards the 40?
We have multiple documents sent out to the same customer and that ends up amounting to much more than 40/month. Do you have a plan for more than 40 documents/month?
Also, sometimes contracts are sent out that later need to be recalled and another is sent in its place. Does that still add into your document count if the document doesn't get signed?
Q: Testing to send documents, count towards limit?
Hi, I am still evaluating breezedoc, it's lot of work to customize templates to our own contract, i have to make sure that it works well. I find whenever i send a test doc, it's counting towards my limit. Any option to test send the document without affecting the count limit as it's already very limited.
We don't differentiate between test documents or real documents — because our backend sending provider doesn't care. We have to pay them regardless, so unfortunately we have to limit them regardless. You can, however, save drafts or experiment with signing yourself to see how the process goes.
And remember, there's a 60-day refund period which is literally 4x (!!!) longer than...
Thanks for your question. The number of documents refer to *sent*/executed documents per month. Each document is counted uniquely. So, a document with ten recipients is one document. A document with one recipient is one document. You can have any number of recipients up to your tier limits and it still counts as only one document.

Q: Templates
1. How can we duplicate templates?
2. Can we add Folders in Templates?

Q: Can you clarify the number of documents allowed to be sent per month?
The highest tier (4) says 40 documents per month. Is that total number of documents? Or is that types of documents/templates than can be sent?
We have at least 6 different templates we'd need added and send more than 40 documents for signature every month. What are our options there?
