Great Platform for Seamless Contract Signing

I’ve tried several different platforms, and this one is by far my favorite. First, they don’t randomly add their logo or links to the original contract, which is a huge plus. The contract number addition is optional, so I appreciate the flexibility.

I’ve contacted customer support multiple times for various requests, and they’ve always responded quickly and been very helpful.

The only area for improvement I’d suggest when use manually name text fields, the font size becomes very small after the client signs, even for short name. This may need to be investigated for improvement.

Overall, highly recommended!

Not a Good Start

The signup experience was difficult. I waited for their email to sign up for over 8 minutes and checked all my inboxes, social, and spam, but nope, the email did not come. You are probably using a very cheap mail service. Moreover, when it finally came, my Gmail marked it as a suspicious email. Wow, and I am going to use it to collect legal signatures. Do you think it looks like a trusted experience at all?

The screenshot is attached below. I want to love the product, but I couldn't explore the whole software and I am already frustrated.

characters that don't work (e,g, £) and support that don't fix anything

After an initial rocky start with the £ symbol not working, they have added it into the solution and I am now really happy with it.

I will be putting a few suggestions through which I think would help, but it's a great solution as it stands and works well.

Very limited functionality and worst support team. Don't recommend anyone.
I purchased this but after many reminder support team didn't respond. And many features they hide on AppSumo. They did not give you all the features which are mentioned on their website. They should clearly mention on AppSumo that "these feature/s are not included", but they don't.
Support team is very very poor.
