Q: Icons not generating
Hey there. I'm having some trouble with Candy Icons at the moment. It goes through the process, but it doesn't actually create the icons. This has been happening for the past 48 hours, and I haven't heard back from support yet. Should I be worried about this?

Q: Is there no one month storage for the 40 icons that are generated and not canceled?
I cannot find where to dig up my "just now made" icons to see if any of them were the right ones. Like I think I lost my very first generation. Can I did it up somehow? If not, will you be implementing that feature soon and if so, for a month or longer storage online?

Q: How do you not waist points?
How do you cancel it? Can you grand me 40 more points because I have not found my logo yet, and I would not like to wait another month before I can find my better or best logo, eh? Is there a cancel button like someone else stated below?
A: Hi P2, thanks for reaching out! The results you get greatly depend on the prompts you use and the styles you select (based on the type of logo you need, some will work better than others). Once you click generate though, it sends a signal to DALL-E and uses a credit, it cannot be canceled. Your credits will reset automatically on June 1. If you need additional help with prompts and credits,...
2) Can .ico file be created with different resolutions?
3) If question 2 is not possible, is there any chance you might add this in your process? For example, run imagemagick on your server, imagemagick can generate images, so when the image is generated through AI then imagemagick (or something similar) could create a .ico file with different resolutions without having to use the AI service. You just have to set it up on your server. Off course the user could do it but as an service to the user (and convenience) having an .ico ready would be really nice.
4) Could you consider the following: Use the leftover credits of each month to auto-generate different icons and put those for download for all subscribed users. Those icons could then serve as an sort reserve icon repository open for all subscribed users. This gives more bang for bucks and it always stays withing the processing quota (you use the UNUSED credits of the users at the end of the month). Within a short time you could create a gigantic library. It also can become an extra incentive for new users to get an subscription. You don't have to use all credits in the beginning, you could begin with 20% of it and see how it effects the service and increase as the months go by.

Do I own icons and commercial licence so I could sell it off?

2) No unfortunately, .ico file cannot be created in a different resolution with the Favicon tool (only 48x48).
