Hello, I've purchased the deal, and I noticed that the WhatsApp integration was supposed to be live two months ago. However, my account still shows it as "Coming Soon," and the AI feature isn't working either.
Could you please explain what the issue is? Additionally, I've found it hardly possible to get in touch with your support team.

As for the WhatsApp integration it was launched a couple of months ago but we faced a new issue with Meta in the last couple of weeks and are working to resolve it. Will ping you once its live again. A: Hello, Thanks for the feedback. Yes we are planning to release that. It will follow the same sounds available from the web and desktop version. The mobile apps will get a major update in April including the sound options. Can you also vote on it on https://charla.com/feature-requests/

I just wanted to clarify Shopify integration as i read one answer where you replied that "buy it through Shopify marketplace". Does that mean that regardless of what tier I purchase on Appsumo, I will need to pay 6USD per agent per month to use it with Shopify?
A: Hello, You can use the AppSumo deal with Shopify, but it won't be using the Charla App on Shopify marketplace. You will need to embed the code as in https://charla.com/support/?article=13509-install-using-script
The only feature you will miss is the insights on the site visitor shopping cart and contact details as in https://charla.com/shopify-live-chat-add-charla-app-to-your-site/
Thanks for the explanation. I think the key point of Shopify integration is to have customer insights, without that it would loose much of its appeal as im already running a support solution that doesn't integrate. So if I do want Shopify integration, can you confirm its possible with this deal if I also pay the extra 6USD per month? thanks
