Amazing but more work needs doing for it to be used in production.

I purchased this product today, and overall, I’m really enjoying it. The user interface is great—though there's definitely room for improvement. Some additional features are needed to make the experience more complete, especially when it comes to security concerns, which is why I’m giving this four stars (and being generous).

One of the standout benefits for me is the ability to run my agency and host websites for my clients using this tool. It’s amazing because it allows me to manage server administration tasks, which is a big plus. However, I’d love to see more features geared towards server administrators in the future.

While the tool handles some tasks well, it would greatly benefit from more comprehensive documentation and guidance. There’s also a need for more diverse installation options and support for open-source applications, which I believe they are working on.

However, my biggest concern is the security aspect. I’ve come across several questions about GDPR compliance and login issues, which are major red flags. These security breaches need to be addressed urgently. I’m hopeful that they’ll tighten things up in the coming months because this product has a lot of potential. I’m excited to see what’s next!

Disappointed

I have been trying to decide if I post this or wait to see if improvements happen however after seeing questions not being answered and reviews from people with similar issues, I thought it was important to post to warn potential buyers.

Initially when I got onto the platform, I was super excited as this seemed to be exactly what I had been looking for. However, within the first 15 minutes of using it I started to notice the poor UI and random errors when doing things.

I remained optimistic and pushed on trying to make the platform work for me but at every attempt I just kept finding bugs which was disheartening. I thought I would give them a chance and opened a few tickets to go around in circles with level 1 (which was very fast) and then every one of my tickets would eventually get escalated to higher levels... and that's where they sat, I ended up fixing most of my myself due to lack of response or miss-understanding of my request.

I also had times where support created apps and entered my server despite me ticking the box saying I do not agree with support having access to my server.

There are some glaring security issues on this platform as well, which I think need to be considered before you buy.

- The product is out of India which is less regulated than the US and Europe
- They say that the plugin is secure from them being compromised as the probe can only do what it’s told however it has a file manager so it could easily do anything
- There is no way to ensure you are the only person with access to your server, their support go in when they want even when denied
- If their servers are compromised all of yours are too

I really wish that this product was better however they have been in business for over 4 years already. Given the platform is this bad after that time, I don’t have confidence that it will be any better in the next 4.

Personally, I feel like they may be trying to build a user base to sell the business.

Not to discount from the great work done, this is such a good concept and a decent(ish) product it is just very poorly executed.

Advice to the owners to be successful;

- Add an easy way to submit bugs
- Fix your processes to ensure customers are responded to
- Add a QA tester to ensure everything is tested
- Security should be at the top of your list, get some servers in the EU and US (and AU) and start working on compliance.
- Actually accept items onto your wish list! I have added so many things to the roadmap and they still haven’t popped up.

This product is great for anyone with little technical ability and just needed to host some WordPress sites. If you need more than that, you may need to go somewhere else unfortunately.

Very Dangerous - You cannot backup your sites

We haven't been able to backup our sites or databases for almost a month, since we bought this product. Clicking on "enable backups" in any site will produce an "Internal server error" notification.

We have opened an urgent ticket and been waiting for a solution for a week, with replies saying "should be fixed now, please try" - but it is still broken.

Will request a refund if this isn't solved soon, as you cannot operate a business (or your client's businesses) without backups.

I noticed that our techs are already solved and there was no intention from your end on this to try whether you are able to do this or not.

I saw 24 24-hour delay in getting a response from your end even though our staff gave you an update for the ticket in minutes. We are already on this issue and solving this and as soon as this is resolved, we will update in the ticket.

Tool with Potential

1. Their interface is easy to use which is great.
2. But the offered "Unlimited Free Migration 24/7 Ticket Based Support" needs improvement. We had a migration of seven Wordpress sites (two of which had medium traffic- all others low traffic) that took sometime because we were not willing to grant full complete access to our Nameserver registrar account.
In today's age any setup or transition process that requires full access to all your essential accounts to setup is questionable. We slowed the process down by not wanting to disable 2fa and hand over login email and password. But we have absolutely now way of knowing who has access to the support emails where we have sent all that credential info. This is even more true with companies having remote workers all around the world.
Overall they completed the steps needed with us making nameserver changes ourselves, and the site file transfers were completed. Documentation about Cloudflare setup and configuration is somewhat lacking. We don't expect such a company to educate their customers generally, but specific detailed information on how it BEST works with your system (and how to set it up) is necessary. So many products available today that make producing documentation easy, every tech company should offer good documentation. Especially if they have been in business for a few years.
3. A big concern is that ticket responses back to us did get slower ("24/7 Ticket Based Support"), such that now we still have a ticket unanswered after three days. This is really important as a down website can serious harm a business, and not being able to access business emails promptly can also be serious.
So we are still waiting to start the email setup after we figured out the remaining site transition and domain propagation issues ourselves and got the WordPress sites up and running.
Overall, we hope the product keeps improving and developing!
