Any plans to allow for submenus / folders. It may sound odd at first but it handy if there are a few help articles / KBs I want quickly accessible, but not clutter the opening widget.
A: We're definitely going to be updating our "List/Menu" product in the near future. I think this is where it would be most relevant in giving more of a native navigation experience inside the button interface. Crisp Chat kind of has something similar to what I'm thinking for this, but if you've seen other examples you like, let me know! - Pete
Greetings - how much control do we have over the position of the widget that shows on our website? For example, our website has an existing scroll-up button in the very bottom right-hand corner of our website - it would be great if I could set the Contact Button widget to be also on the bottom right-hand corner as well but moved a little higher up so it doesn't cover the existing button in that corner.
As of now, we only allow you to choose the four corners of the screen, but we'll likely be adding features that allow you to change button + font size in near future. We could look into adding corner margin spacing at that time as well.
Would it work for you to start with the button on the left side of the page?

Yes, you can upload any kind of image for the icons inside the menu interface. We should also have a new feature ready next week where you can add an image or icon to the middle of the actual circular button :)

Hi, I would like to know if we can have multiple workspaces where we can invite people JUST to a selected workspace? Not asking for white label, but for a way to not give full access...
Second, I would like to be able to add my own custom icons instead of those you have now. TBH, this would be a deciding factor for me.
Your product reminds me of Boei, which I use exclusively. Your offer brings a very specific way to offer visitors at-a-glance options. I like that.

Please can you confirm 100% this IS WHITELABELLED aka ZERO 'contact button' branding ANYWHERE?

Q: Quick question: Gif integration.
Can we add a gif instead of a solid color, this way we can have something that would attract the attention of the visitor to click on the button.
