Q: Q: How can I create a form from an external source? (Look up)
For example, I want to place a variables and insert the value from a google sheet - that would bring in more dynamicly.
Our usecase: a school want to manage their photo releases via form. So, name, birthday & course should be delivered by an external source, depending on a prevously condition (insert an ID and the form will load the concerned data from the google sheet into the form). Any idea ? ;-)
I see the url parameters ..but they are not dynamic - so it fits not 100% https://help.deftform.com/nice-to-know/pre-fill-fields-via-url-parameter
A: Creating forms from external resources is currently not possible. Once our API is available later this year, you will be able to create forms via the API. When creating a form, as a response, you will get the identifiers for pre-fillable fields.
Then you could use this data to further build your use-case and make use of our existing pre-filling, like you already mentioned.
A: Hello, please define "bigger workspace". A fully white-label option is planned, but it won't be included in the AppSumo deal and probably won't launch this year as our backlog is already quite long with things that were suggested (the good ideas) and things we already planned to build.

Q: Stripe and paypal

a) Paypal: I there any plan to integrate paypal payments? b) Stripe: When implementation of stripe. would it be possible to use multiple stripe accounts for a multi offer business? c) Stripe: For plugins to work with stripe in India it needs additional work. if your stripe integration work with Indian Stripe accounts also. d) Would we be able to choose different amounts depending on the users choice of the payment gateways e) Will stripe integration support recurring payments also? Will this be compatible for indian card holders?
A direct PayPal integration is currently not planned. You will be able to activate PayPal in your Stripe account (they support this now). Our Stripe implementation will be available later this year. Multiple Stripe accounts will not be possible, you can use different workspaces for that. Recurring payments will not be possible initially, but will probably be integrated in a future...
A: They are stored in our databases and you can export them at any time. Additionally, you can use webhooks to collect and store responses elsewhere. Our Google Sheets integration will be available soon, we’re currently waiting for Google to approve our OAuth consent screen.
Hi, you mentioned in a previous answer that adding image and video elements would not be to difficult however I have purchased the product and cannot yet add the video element (not youtube) to my form. Could you please help with this. When will this be implemented?
IFRAME probably won't work - it would be too dangerous and the domain could be exposed to blacklisting, 🤔 I wonder though if adding an external video doesn't also pose a risk❓
