Hello, I want to know how many times or days you allow to rotate the sender account to check the Blacklist Shield? I mean by that, now I am starting email sending with 10 accounts. But after 4 or 5 months, I will not use this domain. Can I change the sender email to monitor the Blacklist Shield?

My question is, in order to monitor my clients' email accounts, can the sending accounts being monitored be changed at any point?
For example, tier 3 has 60 sending accounts in Blacklist Shield as its limit, from which 36 spaces will always be used by my own accounts leaving me with 24 spaces to monitor the other ones. Can I delete (old) and add (new) sending accounts every month as long as I always stay under the 60 limit on tier 3?
Unfortunately, our system doesn’t support the process you mentioned. We have safeguards in place to ensure that the number of accounts being monitored doesn’t exceed your allowed limit.

You cannot delete and add sending accounts to be under the limit. We have checks in place that won't monitor the blacklists after a certain number. This restriction can be lifted once you raise a support request.

I'm looking to use this for all my clients, but I need more emails verified than the 5 code plan allows. Can we buy more and stack more than 5?

Yes. 1 BrandNav account is capped at 5 codes. But you can create more accounts and redeem codes on the same.
