Hey, thanks for coming to AppSumo. I bought Tier 5 because this looks epic, but I am not the person in my org who needs to use this, I want to add my dev to the account. IS this possible or is this only one login where I'd be forced to share my credentials. (Hige problem if I have to change devs, etc)
But any plans to support inbound emails? It's a critical feature for me, so just wanted to understand if this is something you will consider implementing anytime soon. Thanks

Happy to hear! You cannot stack multiple Tier 5.
You can purchase as many Tier 5 as you want to, but each workspace has only one license, so you can have multiple workspaces with Tier 5 each.

We do not support inbound emails, yet. You can use Reply-To header and use any other email address that supports it.
