Q: Are you going to secure an integration with Moxie and Flowlu, ClientJoy CRM?

I believe any project management and CRM software should utilize your technology. We know that some lesser-known software solutions are already adopting this technology as a feature, which is really cool and vital, considering that hundreds of bills and invoices are still paper-based in many countries worldwide. Accounting and tax calculations depend on the balance between expenses and income, and relying on the same OCR scanning technology for business cards is truly unique. Are you considering developing new native integrations with ClientJoy CRM, Moxie, and Flowlu?

Q: Do external users need a seat to submit reimbursement requests?

Hello,

I run a small company and have one financial person managing expenses. We often need to reimburse external participants for our projects.

Would it be possible to handle this through your app, where external people (non-team members) can submit their receipts for reimbursement, and my financial person processes them?

Would I need only one seat for my financial person, or do I need additional seats for everyone submitting reimbursement requests?

TIA

A: Hi Tia,

Currently, every person who submits receipts—whether an internal team member or an external participant—needs their own seat. This ensures that every submission is securely linked to an authenticated account.

However, if the external participants only have occasional expenses, you can create a single account for them and activate our "Email to Receipt" feature. They can then simply...

Q: Graphical reporting

I see we can make exports as a csv file. Would it also be possible to just visualize our expenses per category/project in a graph in our ExpenseMonkey dashboard? Eg category A 300 euros (30%), category B 200 euros (20%). Category C 500 euros (50%)? Would save a lot of time when we don't have to process it in Excel/Sheets.

A: Great idea—we're actually working on a graphical reporting feature for the dashboard. We've heard mixed feedback from our testers; some love the simple existing overview, while others really want a quick visual snapshot of their expenses by category or project. Your feedback helps us prioritize, so thanks for the input and stay tuned for updates!

Q: Expense details

Hi there, Love the potential of the product. Asking for a friend: When using the receipt scanner does it record and categorize every product?

Use case: My friend works in construction and ideally would be able to categorize all the bought products e.g. paint, wood, other supplies etc. That way, in a report he knows exactly what to expect for the next project and can estimate the correct pricing for his customer. Right now he is missing out on money because sometimes the estimates are incorrect. (Great in building stuff, not so much in the financial part...)

Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

A: Hi Milena, thanks for reaching out! It sounds like your friend in construction could use a little extra help “nailing” his expense categories. While our scanner grabs totals, tax, and vendor info, it doesn't automatically itemize every product. But no worries—he can easily set up custom categories (like paint, wood, supplies, etc.) in Settings > Categories to track his expenses exactly the way...
