I am not too far in yet, but from everything I have evaluated, the app does exactly as it says. I stacked more licenses so I could do all my companies from it. It is only my schedule that has kept me from getting further as the software is quite intuitive and not much of a learning curve.

I recently upgraded to Tier 8 and this platform has truly transformed the way I manage my social media content. It’s a solid scheduler that offers great functionality for planning and automating posts across multiple platforms. The ease of use, combined with its powerful features, has made content scheduling a breeze.

While there are occasional hiccups, the platform continues to perform well and reliably. The interface is intuitive, and I love how it simplifies the entire content creation process, from drafting to publishing.

I’m looking forward to even more features and platform integrations in the future, as this tool has become an essential part of my social media strategy. If you’re serious about streamlining your social media management, this scheduler is a game-changer!

I've tried using the product for almost 2 months with my team. My main use cases are more on the analytical end: to understand how my social media strategy and content performs.

Unfortunately there are very limited features related to this: there is no insight on IG Story, very limited details on engagement insight per content, no function to export report for deeper analysis, and so on.

It might have the function for content creation, but not much to look for Bahasa language.

I feel there is potential to the platform, but really not yet there. From my engagement with customer service and observing how the platform developed in these 2 months (if any), I don't think the features I need will be provided in near future.

I'm requesting refund for now.

I’m not sure I’m a fan of this service. The integration between platforms doesn’t seem to work properly—it displays my Facebook page name on Instagram instead of the correct handle. While the prompts are okay, they’re often ignored, which is frustrating. To top it off, the site is painfully slow.

Hi Team, I am a tier 6 purchaser of your product and using it for a while. It has many good things but there are a few bad I want to mention which are hampering my daily usage and reliability of the product.

Firstly, I should have contacted the support but through the app chat I couldn't find the way to send a message to a support desk. Please let me know how to do that and also make it a bit more user-friendly to do so.

Secondly, the reason I wanted to raise a support ticket is the scheduler is performing inconsistently. I am not sure why it is not randomly skipping publishing content and pushing it back to a later date. I have created my own scheduling rules and it is a wonderful feature. Can you please check why it is inconsistent.
