I bought this products and at first I started using it but because my life was so busy I never got a chance to go back to trying the software. I then scheduled a call with customer support on a zoom call and customer service was so knowledgeable and very helpful and I was struggling with an issue with customers sending junk emails and he showed me a feature with the software that I can do. What’s called a one time password verification code to prevent any fictitious emails being submitted the software super powerful if you take the time to get to use it, they have a roadmap that is going to show you exactly where they’re going in the future definitely I would highly highly advise picking up the software. I LOVE Typeform but I don't love paying month after month. Formly is legit a GREAT alternative to it and their customer service was super helpful when I needed to make some changes to my account. Really happy with this software!

The app is promising but there are some opportunities to make it way better.
For example, there is no way to upload my own video or shorts from YouTube.

The inputs field should have an option for the address. If I want to collect the address of user, it gets a bit messy to get the info in the right format.

It would have been great if there was an option to customize the look of the buttons and upload a custom background to the form.

I found Formly when I described to a friend (Mastermind group) about the difficulty I was having in my search for an assessment/survey/quiz solution to support a new product I'm launching. He told me about a friend of his that had just purchased Formly and was raving about it.

My need was to find an assessment tool that would provide the Likert scale and full automation inside of the product (no other add-ins needed). Ash and the team at Formly were super helpful to address all my questions - even doing a Zoom session to demo some of the key features I needed.

After the demo session I bought immediately. I'm nearly done building the solution in Formly and the software has been very solid. I'm very happy for the referral to the product and also ecstatic about the AppSumo deal!

Leaving four tacos as there is no tracking available for this product. You cannot add code to the page, no UTM tracking, or ability to place any pixels for any networks which means if you are running ads you cannot use this service at all. The customer support has been very responsive and I find the app without a lot of bugs. Can't wait to see what future versions bring.
