Scopes part not clear
The main reason I took this is to give limited access to my staff, just to use Invoice part only.
But I can see even when I assign on a scope they can even change the company logo and have full controle on all!
I kindly ask to explain me more about this.
If not no reason to have this.

Important features missing
After using this tool for few weeks I found this software not fully functional. Few important points that they need to work on:
- The invoice with all the statuses can't be exported, you only can export paid invoice
- Stripe payment has some issues, it shows incomplete payment when someone tries to make the payment
- The average reply time from support team is 3-5 days

Great product but ONE THING
The product is simple and easy to use. One big disappointment was the attachment limitation. We have over 200 recurring invoices and 90% of the clients require pdf invoices to be attached. Kind of stuck and don't know what to do. Other than that everything looks nice and clear. Migration helpers from Wave or Zoho would've been nice.

Great Tool
Invoiless is a great tool. I can't really understand the poor ratings. It was compared with Freshbooks, Quickbooks, and other accounting software, which are quite expensive. That's not accounting software.
As a small business, I've used many simple invoice tools and I haven't seen those types of features.
It does what it says - you can send invoices and keep track of expenses, and even goes beyond invoicing with features such as live chat on the invoices, white label, different payment methods, additional charges for overdue invoices, and so on. Everyone who needs a solution for sending invoices should definitely buy it.

Comparing it to Freshbooks is a embrassing stretch
The product works but it does not deliver, if you need super basic invoicing with minimal tracking this product will work fine. There is a lot of finetuning it needs, even basic naming conventions are required, like using the term "property" instead of calling it the right term: "business" which is confusing when navigating through the pages. There is no way to track projects for hourly clients, which Freshbooks does well, and overall seemed like a lot of work to be able to use easily. I am happy to help it become finetuned product but it's not ready for primetime.
