Has potential, but disappointing experience

Has potential, but it currently doesn't suit the needs of our business.

Specifically, I would like to be able to remove the customer's last name in Just Review Testimonials for privacy reasons, but it doesn't appear possible to do that. I have contacted their support team to see if this feature is available or coming soon, but haven't heard anything from them after multiple attempts.

Andy, I replay you buy chat, it is possible but you need to hide the user name using CSS on your side using this line: .justreview-testimonials__author{ display:none; }

Google play is advertised but not there

Google play is not a connector but advertised. UI/UX is not good. I wanted this to work so bad, but it just isn't there and development happens at a snails pace by the changelog.

I REALLY want to love it, but... I've been waiting MORE THAN A YEAR for my Etsy connector to work.

I set this product up after purchasing and loved that I could connect it to my existing Etsy store reviews and then also capture new reviews and have it all in one place (though the review capture form in Justreview is ugly AF and requires a lot of CSS to make it useful - wish it was just a basic form that we could then style instead of all the extra JustReview stuff that comes with it). First day linked it all up to my Etsy store and it was working - great.

Then a few months later (April 2023) my Etsy reviews just stopped coming through. I took it up with the JR team over chat. They said I had to reconnect my Etsy store (a change in the Etsy API apparently). Okay cool, whatever. Re-connected.

It never recovered.

I have been asking for months and now they just don't even reply.

I got a smattering of replies over the past year from the devs about how they were "working on it". Finally in June 2024 I got a message saying they'd fixed it. They haven't. I have 5800 Etsy reviews. Half of them load in the JustReview back end but NONE of them present on the front end... meaning the only reviews I can show on my website are the handful of reviews I've received through JustReview directly.

I thought maybe it was Etsy's API still so I signed up for a competitor. It worked, instantly, and pulled through all my reviews. So it's JRs problem.

VERY DISSATISFIED AT THIS POINT - SEEMS LIKE ABANDONWARE.

Decent product but loathe the brand limitation

For a T3 buyer, being locked to a single brand is crazy.

Read the questions and reviews - countless others have the same gripe. Dev should focus on fixing this.

Dev talks about how it's not built for 'agencies' and pushes the affiliate program.

I'm not an agency. I'm an entrepreneur. I have multiple businesses. I just want a dashboard to manage them all and employ the product across my brands and companies.

Refunding for this reason.

It's a decent product otherwise, but it's unusable this way.

Getting error when trying to create a connector. No response from support to multiple email

I'm on the unlimited plan, yet I'm getting an error when trying to connect the connector to reviews. I tried multiple times and from different browsers. Same error. I also contacted support about this but have yet to receive a reply.

This leaves much to be desired.
