Hello, I intend to use the system for our Italian company. As the data we are going to collect are mostly from Italian clients and your company is based in Hong Kong, and the data is stored also in the US as I see from your T&Cs, I would like to know if you adhere to standard protocols like the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Alternatively, I would like to know if, concerning the treatment and the storage of data outside of the EU, the standard contract clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU commission are respected. Q: Analyse email from seat accounts or only from 'sales email' ?

I am trying to get my head around some features. In particular, does it process emails from personal email accounts of each user ('seats') or only those incoming emails arriving on the 'sales email' ?
Also does it process linkedin message from each user (seats) or otherwise from which Linkedin messages ?
I need to understand when it says you can connect 10 sales email accounts, why in the Sales Settings you can only sync 1 Microsoft account. It says the following:
1. Create additional Klipy accounts Sign up for a new Klipy account for each additional inbox Connect one email inbox per account Each account requires a separate subscription 2. Set up email forwarding Forward emails from secondary accounts to your main inbox Connect your main inbox to Klipy
I need to understand what you have to buy another subscription to connect another Microsoft account?
Hi, Strongly interested, since we search for a simple CRM with AI features that keep developing in future. Tired of the overloaded overprices solutions.
One of your main issues right now seems to be the language. We are a German speaking agency in Switzerland. AI output can be in German / any other language. - How about other features? Especially handling of client emails - What is the roadmap to implement other languages?
For now there is no guarantee IMAP will be supported in the near future. It is the limitation of the email providers that do not provide a robust API (e.g. Superhuman also only support major email providers).
It requires significant R&D and cost for us to develop this. If you are looking for something immediately, I do not suggest purchasing us.

The system only processes emails from the inbox that is connected - which are called sales email in our terms because we are a CRM.
For your second question - we are not connected to Linkedin, so we do not process linkedin messages.

You do not have to buy another subscription for this. Your tier includes 30 seats meaning you can create up to 30 accounts under your plan.
You just can only connect one sales inbox per Klipy account.

Can you help me elaborate a bit more on what you mean by "handling of client emails"? Currently the AI can read and write German by configuration.
For the roadmap for other languages, frankly speaking we cannot say since it is strictly about cost and we are still very early stage.
I would have to say we have to focus on developing new features that helps business processes more...

Q: It all sounds wonderful
but to access my email provider you have to use imap and it's not clear when it will be available
