Q: Custom domains, AI summarize, transcription and API
Hello,
I'm wondering about these 4 points : 1 - Is it possible to use our own domain for multiple brands ? 2 - Is there an AI Summarize ? 3 - Is there a live recording / transcription 4 - Is there an API ? I saw in a previous answer that you were open to study the use cases, in my opinion would be great to have an API to sync calendars, trigger when a booking is done from outside (or from your calendar), trigger when a meeting starts or end, to push summarize or other things to CRM (based on email participant for example). ..
Thanks for the great questions. Unfortunately our answers will probably be somewhat disappointing.
1. Users are not able to customise the domain of the meeting for managing multiple brands. At this stage, we don't have plans of providing a white label or custom branding and CNAME options for our LTDs unfortunately.
At the stage you can only share uploaded videos or YouTube links. The main difference is that only YouTube videos shared in KYZON Space meetings are synced for all participants. At the moment we don't support sharing of Gumlet links.

There is no limit on the number of participants you can have per breakout room. You are simply limited by the total number of participants you can have per meeting. So for Tier 3, because you can have 65 total participants per meeting, technically you can have up to 65 participants in one breakout room/space. Or you can have 60 participants in one space and 5 participants in...
thanks for the information. this may not work for me since I will need hundreds of breakout rooms with 2-10 people do you have a solution for that amount

Q: Zoom alternative
I been looking for a Zoom alternative for a while now.
Are there plans of using remote control? Can you share any tab on your computer? or you need to upload the docs so you can only see them that way.
To be upfront, there is unlikely to be remote control support as you would be used to with Zoom. The reason is simply because we are focused on being solely browser based, we just wouldn't have as much device/permission access like a desktop app would have that would allow remote control to work. That being said, we are looking into allowing collaborative web page sharing...
Great question. We do not pay for the MS365 licence. We have created our own custom version of the Word, Excel and PowerPoint editors that allows you to both create new files or share existing type Microsoft files inside the Space meeting. So yes, you can create a .docx format file that can be shared and edited by up to 10 people in the meeting without having a MS365...

videos can also be shared ? ie from gumlet link..
