Q: How does automation work? Can I schedule filtered searches and automate the workflows initiation?
I'm looking for a LTD to replace Apollo.io, but this key feature has to be present: Set a custom filter for the research, select an amount like 10 or 100 of those contacts, and automatically send emails to new contacts scraped through that search, everyday at a specific time, 9am for example.
Is that present, or do I need to access the platform every day to manually select the leads and add them to the workflows? Also, does AI creates the email sequences, or do I have to manually create?
Hi, if I use X amount of credits every month and get X amount of leads. When I make a new search the next month - can I exclude the leads that I have already purchased?
A: Hi there! We do not have separate credits for the mobile phone numbers. The credits are used per contacts. 1 credit = 1 contact. If the contact has a mobile phone number, it will be shown along with the email for the contact.

(1) I upload all my email contacts (export from my Google Workplace) -- email addresses into LR as a CSV file. (2) LR then finds the correct names and professional details (professional field, job title, company/organization, etc.) for each of these contacts. As much 'enrichment' and detail as possible. (3) I can then quickly TAG or form specific groups of contacts, for the ones that I want to explore further...
If LR can't do this -- any suggestion for tools that CAN...?
A: Hi there! At the moment, you can find the data for the leads only if you upload a CSV file with the LinkedIn URLs for the contacts. We won't be able to find the data for the leads if you do not have the LinkedIn URLs. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with other tools where you can upload the file with the emails to find the data.

Q: Exclude leads that I already bought

Yes, you can use the New only filter on the Prospecting tab to show only the leads which you haven't opened yet.
