That said, LiftOS isn’t without its drawbacks. Some of the more advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and there’s a bit of a learning curve for newcomers who want to take full advantage of everything it offers. Additionally, while the desktop version runs smoothly, the mobile app feels less polished and could use some improvements to match the quality of the main platform. Despite these areas for improvement, LiftOS remains a strong option for mid-sized businesses or enterprises looking for a reliable, all-in-one solution to streamline their processes. If you’re willing to invest the time and resources, it could be a game-changer for your team.

So far I'm happy with what I see in the app. This is a pretty novel piece of work. I was able to connect Merlin AI into the app. Wow! Look forward to future updates and add-ons.
I had an issue with activation. It was taken care of in a matter of a few hours by the LiftOS team. Great work guys!

Easily the easiest 5 star Taco i have given with many apps i download and think, this will be useful when i get x in place to utilise it but liftOs was so intuitive and simple i had this setup in minutes. I love how you can seamlessly connect any website or app. This will make so many things easier for my work.

The only negative is that Multiple workspaces are locked at the highest Tier. I have 2 Businesses so this would of been handy but it's by no means a deal breaker and takes nothing away from the satisfaction i have using this product A Seamless Integration Experience

I use it all the time, they have active new updates, they respond to issues and clear them up. They are constantly improving and adding new features.

I would definitey reccommend it to everyone.

Has some bugs, and one major flaw. The web app will not let me login. Google says there is a security issue and has no other options to allow access. I tried to do a password reset, but the link just takes me to the login home page. Also, the Kanban has a bug where when you open the task, the headings of the previous page are overlayed on the task making it so you can't see half of the options on your task. Using the web app, you can only open web pages in a new window or use their desktop app.

The fact that I could not even login to use the key features is why I'm giving this a 2 star. I do like the organizational aspect of the apps, etc, but it's just not refined.

Update: For some reason I couldn't reply. The Kanban heading issue isn't the feature you think. When you open a card, it expands to the entire screen. It should hide the columns and their headings, but it does not. The headings are the only part that are overlayed ABOVE the card which makes it so you cannot see the card settings. Not a feature, it's a bug.
