Lo mío es muy simple, quiero activar la función para reenviar correos a ManyContacts, y nada, no responden, sólo un bot que promete reenviar mi mensaje a un experto que nunca responde. Tengan cuidado con esto antes de decidir su compra.

No permite exportar los contactos.
El soporte es muy lento y hay cosas que nunca responden.
El potencial es muy bueno. Una pena.

This is a nice idea, and Whatsapp is heavily used in many countries, so this app could be really helpfull.

Unfortunately, there are some bugs that render the platform unusable for us. It is concerning to see that despite these bugs being repeatedly mentioned in previous reviews, they still seem to persist. This raises doubts about the level of active effort being put into resolving them.

To mention a few:

- The thumbnail displaying the user picture fails to load properly, only showing a blank placeholder. This significantly hinders the ability to quickly identify the person we are speaking with. While it may be considered a minor bug, it has been consistently mentioned by numerous reviewers and still persists.

- The app has a flaw where it duplicates conversations with the same person, resulting in two separate conversations. Moreover, when you send a message, the recipient does not receive it. This issue becomes apparent when we verify it on the official WhatsApp app.

- each time you choose a person to communicate with, it initiates a page reload, significantly impeding the process speed
- the calendar lacks integration with other platforms like Google calendar, Apple calendar, etc., rendering it unusable
- the user interface needs an update
- The UI is underwhelming.

I did live this product honestly, specially the funnel page where you can organize the contacts.
But
With appsumo plan, i didn't get the most important part where I needed it, the marketing tab inside the manycontacts website.
In appsumo package, this is great when new customers contacts you, you can arrange anfld send messages accordingly.
But if you want to send a message to 5000 numbers, you have to do it number by number, which honestly is not practical to me.
But this product is very good, and could be helpful in your business.

I recently purchased the ManyContacts Lifetime deal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision! This product is incredibly advanced and offers multi-utility features that are truly beneficial for managing communication on WhatsApp, especially for sales and customer support.
