FlowyTeam for Company Productivity & Performance Reviews

This is my first review of Flowy after spending nearly an entire day with it.
I really like it's promise and potential. Having Strategic (OKRs) and Execution (tasks and projects) data in one place is very promising indeed. I like that I'm able to create OKRs and even connect them together.

What I feel is missing is the connection between the Strategy and Execution could be tighter, cleaner. For example, while you have a Projects module, there's no way (that I could see) that you could tie projects to a Key Result or Objective. I know from OKR best practices that completing projects does not result in having achieved KRs, but if we could easily link a project to an Objective or KR, it would help explain WHY a project is being executed.

There is a way to create tasks from Key Results. But it creates a Parent Task that mirrors the KR, and then you create subtasks for it. So then it becomes confusing if you're looking at a KR or a Task. And then there's no easy way to see where the subtasks you create fall in the OKR tree (e.g. Company OKRs to Team OKRs, etc.)

Another thing I would love to see is the ability to see all of my Team OKRs on a single screen. From what I can tell, you can only see the OKRs for a single Team on one page. If you want to see another team's OKRs, you have to manually select that team instead. I would like this as I work with multiple leaders, and we often want to see on a page where we are with multiple initiatives, multiple teams, etc.

There are a few little quirks (not bugs) that I hope get addressed to make Flowy more intuitive, but I feel it has great potential in its current form. I hope the team will be responsive to it's users as this platform has the potential to be something really special.

Despite my complaints above, I am giving it 5 stars as it is feature rich in its current form.

Pros, great tool for small businesses or less than 10 seats.
Simple UI and easy to use.
Everything centralized.

Maybe I'm missing something because you can't stack codes... I'm not sure we see value in adding more "employees" to manage for a smallish team of 11-25, but overall, this is a good startup tool for getting a micro team going and on the same page.

After just one day of using FlowyTeam, we've already seen a significant improvement in the way we organize projects and various aspects of our work that previously lacked structure. This software has allowed us to centralize numerous processes, streamlining our operations in a way we hadn't managed before. While we're currently making the most out of the project and task management features, the potential for utilizing its full suite, including personnel, department management, OKRs, and strategic planning, is something we're excited to explore. We're considering integrations in the future to further enhance our workflow. Overall, we're more than satisfied with FlowyTeam's approach to project management. It's been a pleasantly surprising discovery that has not only met but exceeded our expectations. We believe it will play a crucial role in our company's growth and efficiency moving forward.

I’ve used this program for about 6 months, and I must say, it has greatly enhanced my project management experience. With its efficient interface and versatile features, it offers an effective way to organize both projects and one-off tasks.

What I find most impressive is how the program becomes even more user-friendly the more you use it. Additionally, the program allows for some customization on status types, etc., enabling you to tailor it to your specific needs.

I highly recommend this tool for small teams, as well as individuals in search of an exceptional project management solution.

It doesnt work in Edge, there are many 505 error pages, there is no support, you cant assign tasks to employees....
