Fin dal primo contatto, sono rimasto colpito dalla professionalità e competenza dimostrate dal team, in particolare Mohamed, che mi ha seguito personalmente durante il percorso.

La sua pazienza, disponibilità e profonda conoscenza tecnica sono state fondamentali per aiutarmi a comprendere e implementare la prima automazione, considerando soprattutto il fatto che per me è un ambiente totalmente nuovo e di non facile comprensione..

Mohamed è stato sempre pronto a rispondere alle mie domande, fornendo spiegazioni chiare e dettagliate che mi hanno permesso di acquisire rapidamente familiarità con la piattaforma.

So I think rtila is a powerful bit of software but it is really hard to figure out how to use it, I bought it in 2023 had a little play gave up. Now I really need to automate something and have been messing about with it and reading docs and looking at videos for about 4 hours today and my head is spinning. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS THE VIDEOS SUGGEST. The record function doesn't work properly and seems to have difficulty pressing buttons (decides they are dropdowns) and using dropdowns, it seems to decide to use HTML instead of CSS most of the time (I could be wrong). I was a web designer and developer for 10 years so I know about CSS and HTML. The learning curve on this software is HUGE. DON'T EXPECT TO SIT DOWN AND CREATE AN AUTOMATION IN AN HOUR. I've knocked off a taco for the learning curve and a taco for the documentation and videos (If you want mass adoption of your software you really need to make it easier for a new user to jump straight in and get started, there appears to be no logic behind your documentation which leads to confusion (for me at least)). Things I would like to see with the software to unleash it's full potential 1. Better documentation 2. A button inside the software to update to the latest version (in this updated listing you are talking about V7 but I can't access V7 in my account on your website or through the software) 3. Better beginner videos

I'm a language teacher. I need to create texts and materials for my classes. I use AI to help me create texts more quickly. They give me the rough draft, then I added them to my liking and use them in my classes. But the problem is I teach too many lessons a week, and even though AI gives me a head start, I still had to create all texts one by one, choosing the topics and hoping the platforms — especially open AI's chat GPT — wouldn't crash. So you can see it was time-consuming.
I bought this product after asking a question here and receiving a prompt answer from the creator of this product. Can I batch create texts? Sure! I need my API key and prompts. Then I tried it on my own. There is a learning curve, but the videos that I found on this topic were simple and easy to replicate. Now, I prepared one year's worth of content for my classes, across all levels. Of course, I still have to edit the output, but having all the content created in the first place makes my life so much easier. I went from spending one hour in preparing a class from scratch to 5 to 8 minutes of quick editing.
I see that I can use the same process to create articles and other stuff.
I don't use this product for web scraping yet, and although I see I will use it for automation in the future, most of the time I'm going to use it to speed up content production, and to that end this product is a lifesaver.

I have been using RTILA now for a month or so and its a game changing tools. We run an immigration consultancy business and there are a lot of repetetive tasks which are now automated via RTILA.
