Q: How to access gps route details of an employee?
I cannot see key information such as Distance Travelled, Stops taken, duration of stops, etc... are these features not available in Trackabi? Are these planned for near future release?
A: GPS routes are shown on a map which is available in the Locations tab of each user in the Insights section. There is no distance or duration of stops. We may add that in the future but no ETA yet.

Q: Are the limits the active number in a period or single use only?
Hello! Are the limits for users, projects, and clients single-use only? Or is this the maximum active limit for a period?
Example: Max of 50 (active) employees. If 5 employees resign, we can replace that with 5 new employees - at no additional cost under this LTD, correct?
The same question for Projects and Clients. Can we add, remove, replace Projects and Clients as needed? As long as we stay within the limits?
A: Yes, it's possible to do what you need. You can add multiple clients and projects into the system and then your employees can run the timer. But it's best to have a separate account (would need a separate appsumo code for each). In this case, each company would have it's own workspace.

Q: As a manager, how to see gps route of a field employee and generate report for the same?
I want to generate report where i can see Route with Timestamp based on location, Distance travelled, stops etc...

I am an accountant if I want to use this app for all the clients that I do payroll, will the employees able to clock in and out?
