No fluff, with everything you need
I've now been using Trackabi for about two months. It's clearly designed for use by small businesses - and let's face it - that's who'll be purchasing on AppSumo. Trackabi was easy to set up and has a reasonably intuitive UI. It also has pretty much everything a small business could hope for (especially those employing remote teams), and doesn't drown users with overwhelm. Importantly, our staff were able to log in and just start using Trackabi with no inordinate time spent on directing them on how to use it. Staff buy-in has been good too, with none of the usual protests that accompany changing to new systems. I like it enough that I purchased more codes. It's a 5 Taco deal. Well done team Trackabi.

Works most of the time
We have been using trackabi for about one year. Fully with our offshore team. The app works most of the time. It is really good cost vs value. However it still has bugs and we spend about 1 hour every few pay runs to fix errors.
Recently sent an email to their support and have not heard back for 3 days.
Hopefully will get better in time.

Totally Customizable Time Tracking App
I tried a couple other options (like Harvest that integrated into Asana and Agiled), but Trackabi works best with how I organize my client billing and projects.
I run an online marketing agency and the Clients > Projects > Tasks structure syncs perfectly how I bill in Freshbooks. No, Freshbooks and Trackabi doesn't sync or integrate, but I don't need them to. I just pay my subcontractors at the end of the month off their timesheets. Super easy.
I've been using this for working with subcontractors around the world and I haven't had any questions from them or needed support, so it's intuitive to use with little to no onboarding.

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezie
I have tried several free and paid timetracking softwares. We are required to collect work time with monitoring software with screenshots. Hubstaff, Clockify, Rippling, and Jibble have all been tried and invetibly either managerment or team members would have an issue. Some time trackers would stay on (even when work was completed for example).
Trackabi is the ONLY one that is liked by both management as well as team members. There are zero issues and it is easy to set up and utilize. Stupid easy to add in new team members and for them to get up to speed with the software and the codes.
Contractors are able to submit their hours worked on assigned projects and the screenshots are collected frequently enough to statisfy our government contracts.
This just works.
