A: You can use the WhatsApp desktop app to send manual reminders, but if you want to schedule them you need WhatsApp for Business (through Twilio). There is a demo video in the website to let you know how to use the addon.
Okay great, if you send me any links to video/ or article where guidance exists that will be great. I’ll try based on this info
Q: Hello. I do not live in USA. The purpose for me to buy your app was to send text reminders from Canada.
I already created a Twilio account, but it seems more complicated than I expected. In the description, it would be helpful to mention that the text messaging feature requires a third-party application at an extra cost. Do you have some advice or basic information to help people outside the US quickly and effectively set up Twilio for your app? Any info you can provide would be appreciated.
A: Hi Stephanie, the pricing page clarifies that SMS and WhatsApp Business are at an additional cost. The Twilio account onboarding defers from country to country, unfortunately I cannot go in depth into every country’s specificities. Hopefully you can research online and find the answer.
Hello! I acquired your tool because I thought it would be possible to read a WhatsApp QR CODE to send messages. However, there is only the option via Twilio. I do not live in the USA. Therefore, I need to acquire a number - which I will not have access to - through Twilio to be able to use the tool. Is there any forecast for when the QR CODE for non-API WhatsApp and SMS will be enabled? I live in Brazil, and it is the only way to use the tool."
Q: Whatsapp question
To use WhatsApp reminders, does it only work with a Twilio account? Also, do you have tutorials for using the features?

Q: Is there a way to get this to work with Zoom? lets say i have a meeting scheduled with Zoom for 100 participants?
Can i send them a reminder with one click 5 min before the meeting with the zoom link?

Hi there, yes. If the Zoom meeting is managed by Google Calendar, this is perfectly possible.
