This is a known bug and will be resolved soon. Your training characters are safe; no one will lose their training characters because of this issue. I'm sorry for this problem, but please don't care; keep using your remaining characters.

A: Mevo doesn't currently have human chat/live chat features. It only offers an AI customer support agent. However, you can reply to conversations within the dashboard, and the system will send them an email if they leave an email address.
So, since there is no live chat, there is no office hours settings.
Q: Is this product still being updated/Maintained?
Seeing some comments here, and the current roadmap item had a question from Nov 2024 without any interaction. Just checking.
