Q: Agency use

1) So each code has 5K emails per month to send? if we want more emails sent out we buy more codes?

2) Does each code equals to one different client or its something like credits?

3) For agency use can we attach client A to the system and then after 3 months remove that client and atach Client B?

4) Can we filter reviews and if they have eg 3 stars or less to make them not published? and if they have more than 4 stars to let them out? If yes is there any extra cost for that feauture?

Im interested in Agency Package with at least 3 codes

A: 1. Yes, 5,000 requests per code. A request is via email or sms and includes its reminders.
2. There is no cap on clients.
3. You can add multiple clients. First create a project under your agency, and then invite 1 or more clients to it. You can repeat this multiple times.
4. Yes you can. In the showcase settings there is a setting for that. You can also do the same via the widget embed code.

Q: Plan 3 Whitelabel

Hi,

Interested to go for the Plan 3 Whitelabel. Just want to reconfirm that in Plan 3 we can do everything that we can do in Plan 5 only number of request is lesser 15k instead of 25k. If this is the case as of now 15k is good enough for me and I assume I can always buy additional code and 5k anytime in future ?

Q: Emails sent out

Seems like a great project but i had soem questions about it.
1) Does this has the option to fetch emails form the woocommerce platform so it can send the emails to the clienst that have bought the service?
2) If we buy the lifetime deal (regarding the emials sent) do we have unlimited number of emails per month? i dont see any limitation in the packages regarding emails. So does that means that we a) have unlimted number b) that we have a certain ammount of emails to sent or c) that we have zero emails to send and we need to buy extra credits for the mails sent out?

A: 1. There are a number of ways to get the data into the platform, included a REST API and 4 app conectors: Zapier, Pabbly, Make, Boost. As well as manual and CSV upload.
2. The only limitation is the number of monthly requests, which pertains to any channel, including emails. If a request to leave a review is sent to a customer, that counts as 1. Whether it is via email or sms. Reminders are...

A: It is meant for business reviews, but can work for businesses with more than one location, which are treated somewhat like sub-projects. It might be possible to make it work for your needs, but it is not meant for product reviews on an e-commerce site.
