Customers appreciate My Website is Online for its reliable monitoring features, seamless integration with various CMS platforms, and practical SMS notifications. Some users have reported issues with the verification process and occasional false alerts. Despite this, the overall sentiment is positive, with users finding the service valuable. With a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving My Website is Online a try for those seeking a reliable uptime monitoring service. Additionally, the company has updated the offer to include 5 free domains with unlimited monitors per website, and existing customers who purchased before January 24th still receive unlimited domains and monitors for free.

Service Offline
Very bad service. Bought a lifetime deal, the term of which changed after purchase. Now the tool has been taken offline completely. Waste of money!!

Not trustworthy, don't buy
Initially it seemed like a good tool with good support, but for some reason they just changed the deal, I can't trust a company that doesn't honor the terms.

Bait and Switch - DO NOT BUY
As others have said, they have suddenly changed the terms of the deal and are no longer honoring the original offer. DO NOT BUY.

May 9, 2024We're evolving to offer you better support, infrastructure, and ongoing development. To sustain this, it's become necessary to revise our unlimited websites offering. However, for our existing users monitoring more than five websites, these services will stay free. A user with 75 websites and the AppSumo deal do not have to pay for the 70 websites.

Subpar Service With Deceptive Marketing
I purchased this service on AppSumo in August 2023 for the primary purpose of having 1 monitor periodically check the uptime of each of my client sites, with the added feature of the request triggering wp_cron to ensure backups schedules run smoothly.
I already have 50 monitors for FREE on UptimeRobot and intended to use this service with its "Unlimited Domains/Monitors" when scaling up. I've thus far only made use of 8 monitors (1 per domain) and whilst making use of the service, there was about 2 weeks straight of false positives being reported (spamming my emails) for domains that were definitely online and reported as online on UptimeRobot as well.
Today I received the following via email:
"If you purchased the AppSumo deal before January 21st, you can retain the current number of domains in your account for free, indefinitely. The new limit with the deal is 5 domains. If you have fewer than 5, you can add more until you reach this limit. For more than 5, additional payment is required."
So now you're telling me that I am capped to 8 total monitors (because I only need 1 per domain) and I need to pay for more, when the original sales terms made provisions for unlimited domains? Whilst offering unlimited domains and monitors to all clients might be an unsustainable business model, you could at least honour the existing deal with the original customers that purchased your deal, especially whilst still offering your service on the same platform you mislead others on.
There was zero attempt (from my observations) from your My Website Is Online's side to even engage the existing user base to find a workable solution.
I'm not saying this is the case, but from where I'm sitting, it looks like you offered unlimited domains, knowing it wasn't sustainable and then reneged when people couldn't request a refund anymore.
I would not recommend anyone purchase this. There are various competing services out there offering what you now want to give us on their free tiers.
There are also out-of-the-box self hosted solutions that offer better reliability if you're interested in a once-off cost.
