I really like the way it is designed. Ofcourse there are some bugs as of now but Dinuka is actively working on fixes. I believe this is going to make all my business operations in one place and easy.

This has a long way to go but still As an early investor it’s good ROI. I already started to use it as a tool for project management, to store contacts, to track todos to onboard team members

Client portal and so much more highly recommended if you can invest go for tier 3 because it’s unlimited everything .

This CRM is a scam. It only has UI formed with bunch of ChatGPT AI, and I don't see any effort on building real UX for customer management. The chat is not setup with Websocket, meaning that you always have to refresh your page to check newest messages from connected users. This is definitely a skill issue that the dev does not even know how to use websocket to update the messsages or connect to users.

Please Appsumo team, remove this SaaS for good making fraudulent software without any real feature.

I purchased Tier 3 and found all the features the tool offers to be incredible. I have five (really) small businesses and used to do everything with Excel (I even tried Notion as a CRM but gave up on the first day).

I can tell you that NinjaPipe gives you clarity in your processes, along with automations, contact lists, tasks, forms, data bins, workspaces, pipelines, deals, QUOTES, and INVOICES (seriously, have you seen another tool offering this much?). This is exactly what I need to have more control and success in my businesses. Customers are looking for companies that, although they are not big, look well-structured and professional ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don’t let bad reviews stop you from trying this tool. It's honestly very complete, the support is super quick, and the transparency of a roadmap with upcoming releases is clear. And although the tool does a lot, the learning curve might be a bit steep. But honestly? This is a lifetime deal. You have time to learn without being charged monthly like other platforms would.

was very very disappointed after I bought Tier 3 from App Sumo and I did not find any of the information that you mentioned in the answers to my questions correct at all...

You told me that each customer can create his own company and cannot see the rest of the names or companies that exist in general for other customers, but I did not find this at all. Rather, each customer can see everything related to the other customer and see everything related to other companies, knowing that this was not what you said from the beginning!!!!!!
Also, each customer or user can modify the roles and you told me that each customer can put a work team under him, but I do not want him to modify the roles because he may delete or stop other accounts, but I do not want this. I only want him to appoint a team under him and give them some powers. I do not want him to be allowed to modify or even see the names or other roles, so why all this trouble?????

I hope someone answers me before I request a return because this is a waste of time. Thank you

The NinjaPipe team ships updates regularly and I'm very excited for the upcoming workspace and Shopify integration.

After all those solid updates, if NinjaPipe are willing to extend some marketing features like schedule social media posts and integrate ad spend into the dashboard. It would be ideal CRM that suits many ecom operators' needs.
