Hi, I signed up, but the system never asked for my name, so the first part of my email address says "shop" so now my display name is "shop" its calling me shop. This seems like not much thought went in about the basics. I cannot also edit my avatar or email. Checked the knowledge base and nothing seems to be there about how to change these things.

Hi, great product, but I am wondering if you can look at an issue. When you add a YouTube URL to a PDF chat, the video is added, and you can chat. However, you can't name the chat; it just has the name "New Chat."
Also, you can add a YouTube URL to the reference section, and it seems to work okay, as you can chat with it and use the AI Summary tab. However, when you click on the Doc tab, you get an error: Missing PDF "https://paperguide-3djgqgrfkguefdv.z02.azurefd.net/docs/jJFt2EWG58c.pdf."
Now, I understand that this is probably because I'm not adding a PDF, but considering it can show the video and transcript in the chat with PDF part on the home page, it would be useful if you could also look at the possibility of being able to see the video and transcript via the references section and under the Doc tab for the added item.

How can the user request enhancement (such as BYOK)? Do you have any visible public roadmap for users to see what upcoming features will be released?
